Recap

What will it take to build truly autonomous organizations?

On August 19, the Post-Industrial Forum brought together enterprise leaders and AI founders in Menlo Park for a focused exploration of how AI agents may transform the structure, governance, and economics of organizations.

The program featured presentations from Frode Odegard, Founder of the Post-Industrial Institute; Nitin Badjatia, former SVP of Solution Management at SAP; and Dr. Waheed Qureshi, Founder & CEO of Paradigm Networks. Blaine Mathieu, CEO of the River Group, facilitated the roundtable discussion.

The evening focused on the stages in the journey toward autonomous organizations, the social and technical obstacles ahead, implications for work and organizational relationships, emerging standards, and the governance needed as agents take on more responsibility. We also discussed implications for the customer experience when the customer is no longer a human.
