Industries of Tomorrow:
Space, Manufacturing, and Biotechnology

We take a closer look at three industries
undergoing explosive development

August 16, 2022, 4:30pm-7:30pm
SRI International, Menlo Park

In this session we will look at three industries that will be revolutionized over the next decade — Space, Manufacturing, and Biotechnology. These industries are interesting because their impact on human life and economic development will be so fundamental, and their progress is powered by the rapid development a number of “building block” technologies.

We will discuss:

  • Technologies driving (or holding back) progress in these industries
  • How these industries will reshape how we live and work
  • Geopolitical and cultural implications
  • Obstacles that must be overcome to ensure progress
  • Growth prospects and investment opportunities
