In this session we will explore the impact of AI Agents on the decentralization of work and organizations. AI Agents represent a dramatic advance beyond AI Assistants/Copilots. They will be able to work with goals, generate plans, execute them, and revise them based on experience. Agents will utilize external services and may recruit other AI Agents and even humans as they pursue their objectives. The Internet and the Covid-19 pandemic has already contributed to a dramatic decentralization of work, with as many as 27% of workdays now being performed at home.
